I had a really great experience working with Josh. When I relocated to Oregon, I didn't know what real estate agencies to work with this is a completely new region of the world for me. I went to open houses, met a few agents, and tried searching with Redfin (where they assigned me an agent), but I didn't feel like I had found the right agent until I started working with Josh. He has worked so much in this area that he has a great understanding of the market and what might be possible or harder to find in each neighborhood. He was always highly responsive to questions and worked hard on my behalf and shared things he noticed about homes during tours, which I found incredibly useful. When I put in an offer on the condo, he worked diligently to find out unknowns from the sellers. He also counseled me through negotiations extremely well by letting me come up with my numbers and justification…
